I used Pure Elegance by Jen Yurko to scrap Sara's band concert. You can pick up this great kit at Inspriation Lane this week on sale.
My picture was a zoom one of the whole band so could not get to much better. I went ahead and used it because it was the only one showing her playing her clarinet. Plan to scrap to better picture also.Go see it on my Jen Y page.

I've had a rough day with way to much pain and huge muscle spasm, so I had to stay in bed most of the day.
My muscle relaxers only work when I lie down, because my blood pressure is love and drop lower when
I stand up. Hate the dumb things, but my pain doc does not give the one that works for me without the side effects. He is hoping with time the side effect will go away. It also dries out my mouth so much my teeth stick to the inside of my lip. Can't sing in church now because of that. Enough whining.

Really want to scrap tonight,but better just go to bed, so I can make it to church tomorrow. Thank you for stopping by my little space on the web. :)

Just playing around with my blog backgrounds. I really should get around to doing it up with the
sets I bought that include custom buttons, headers and background.
Getting over a rough month and trying desperately to get back to scrapping. I never
do well in October. Especially between the 14th-23rd. You would think since my husband
and 11 year old son were killed in 1988, that it would get easier, but not so. At least I get
though their birthdays and mothers day better for the past few years. It helps that my
grand-daughter, Sara has a birthday just 1 day before Little Johns was, so that forces me
to keep upbeat.
I have also had a rough month pain wise. I had an allergy cough for 5 weeks straight and
thought I was over it. At least I got a couple a weeks break before it started up again.
Titanium in my back and coughing just DO NOT work.

I can't believe that NSD is here again already. Wow...time sure flies when you get old.
There are benefits to being old though. I got to be a MaMa, soon to be 14 years ago.

I better get my email caught up and try to scrap. It''s 1:38pm though and I scrap my
best at 3 am. Sure wish I was a day scrapper instead of a all night scrapper.
I catch my poor blog up later with my latest layouts.

Spent some time updating my blog and blog links. Took awhile but I happier
about my blog now. Still have some bought blogwear to edit in Photoshop
and try out on here.

Since my last post I was asked to be on Scrapshana's CT. She sells her designs
at Scrapdish, Digiscrapaganza, Scrapable and Inspiration Lane.
I love working for two of the Inspiration Lane Designers. I stepped down
from the Scrapdish CT after many years there. I really miss my friends there
though.
I really enjoy the Inspiration Lane gang. It is such a fun site.
I have finished many layout since I last posted here. I post a few for you
here, but they can all be seen in my IL gallery.

TNT challenge. We had to use mulitple alpha's. So much fun!!

I made 3 layout again. This time with Blueberry Grape Smoothie by Jen Yurko and Amy Stoffel. I'm telling you, I get started with my Jen Yurko kits and there is no stopping me. I love to see how many totally different looks I can get from one kit. ;) This is so yummy, I could eat it.
I swear everytime I look at these kits on my hard drive I can smell the flavors. :) Honestly,
it must be a trick of the mind or Jen added flavor when Amy was not looking. The kit is linked
to the preview below or you can get the full kit. YUMMY!!

faster than I can scrap. lol

I am learning by playing around. :) I even figured out out to make the video of
Chris Tomlin smaller. Also added my galleries and CT blinkies. They are all clickable
now. I figure I can learn on this one and then fix the one that has the name I want to
keep. I just love to learn, even if it is almost 5 am.

As you can see I got the background to work, but now my header is off to the right
and I can not figure out how to center it. I did get rid of the lines around it though
by just playing with the HTML code. I get this blog stuff yet. :)
No one see's it but me anyway. I practice here before I mess with my real blog.:)

Learning how to customize my blog

of Irene Alexeeva's blog and will try to make mine sort of like that. Love to learn
just not much time.
